Peter has a keen interest in helping his clients deal with all their tax and accounting issues including general compliance based matters, transactional advice, taxation advice, business structuring and management and cash flow advice.

Peter works with a range of clients from individuals investors, sole traders, partnerships and medium sized enterprises.He has fifteen years experience in accounting and has developed an expertise in corporate taxation, property and share investment taxation, salary packaging and general business consulting.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Laws (Taxation) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Alistair heads the Northstar Financial Advisers team and brings to the group over 15 years of experience and insight into the financial services industry. He is committed to developing long term relationships with his clients.

Alistair has attained both a Bachelor of Economics and Graduate Diploma in Personal Financial Planning and has a motivated and enthusiastic approach to client service.

Alistair's easy and approachable manner is much appreciated by clients and admired by his colleagues.  He prides himself  on his ability to really listen and to understand his clients needs and to provide truly independent and high quality advice.

Global sojourns upon a local foundation have given Chris the opportunity to acquire a unique range of skills and experiences, which he gladly shares with those around him. Chris has consolidated his interests and skills in the areas of management accounting, process engineering and software applications. Chris thrives on the creative side of making a business work better and openly enjoys being a part of any team who wishes to employ his services.

Chris holds an associate diploma of accounting and is currently completing an MBA in professional accounting through UNE. Chris is a PNA member of the National Institute of Accountants, and a certified consultant for both MYOB and Netsuite accounting software. He also holds an honours degree in geography, with particular interest on the effect of socio-cultural factors on demographic transition and migration in developing countries.

Gemma is a strong believer in communicating with clients and working with them to achieve their goals. Her approachable manner and commitment to providing high quality accounting and taxation services have won her many accolades from clients.

Working in the industry since 2001, Gemma is a CPA and has had extensive experience with a wide range of clientele, from individual taxpayers to medium-sized entities. Gemma has a Bachelor of Business from UTS, with a major in Accounting and sub majors in Small Business Accounting and Finance. 

Mark is currently on sabbatical in the US and will return mid 2008.  

Mark has completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at the University of Technology, Sydney. He is currently undertaking the Chartered Accountants Program and is on track to be qualified as a Chartered Accountant by July 2007.

Shahla has recently graduated from the University of Southern Queensland with a Master of Professional Accounting.  She joined the Northstar team in January 2007 and brings with her a dedicated approach to client service.

Isaac brings to the Northstar Accounting team both commercial experience and qualifications including a Masters of Accounting (CPA Extension) from Macquarie University and 5 CPA programmes. 

Isaac has a great attention to detail and welcomes the opportunity to help clients meet their businesses challenges.

Cam has a commitment to quality and attention to detail. His vast experience is respected by his clients and peers alike. Cam strong believer in finding creative solutions to your problems.

Entering the small business services sector in 1991, Cam has had the pleasure of working with clients ranging from services in taxation and accounting for small individual and business clients to auditing of medium sized corporate entities and corporate superannuation funds. Cam has a Bachelor of Commerce certification and is currently undertaking the Chartered Accountants Program with the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Linh co-ordinates all aspects of the day to day administration of Northstar Super. She Graduated in December 1994 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and a sub major in Law.   From ‘94 through to 2002, Linh worked with a Chartered Accounting firm in all aspects of business services, tax, auditing and superannuation.

Since 2002, Linh has focused her skills on the management of Self Managed Super Funds. Linh is a dedicated member of the Northstar team who has worked closely with Andrew Stanning for over 12 years.

Grace joined Northstar in 2007, on completion of a Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting at Macquarie University. She is currently undertaking CPA programmes. 

While studying, Grace worked at an accountancy practice where she developed her client service skills. She is known for her very professional manner and helpful attitude.

Liz  coordinates all the administration aspects of the Northstar financial service team. She ensure the financial service process is as smooth as possible for clients and staff.

She has completed Bachelor of Occupational Therapy through University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Environmental Studies through UNSW.  Liz has extensive experience in the health industry so able to provide basic medical information if required.

Liz enjoys the challenge of assisting in growing the company to become a world class leader in their field and embraces the company objective to ensure that all clients are getting the right advice and advice they can trust. 

Anh joined Northstar in March 2007 and has graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Business & Bachelor of Information System.

Anh is a key member of the Northstar Super team and brings to her clients a focus on superannuation & taxation services.

Nhi is a Para Planner. Nhi's qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Diploma of Financial Services.

Nhi has worked in the financial services industry since 2000 and joined the Northstar Team in May 2007.

"Discipline equals freedom" is her philosophy. Proactive, caring  and multi-skilled, committed and always taking the initiative,  she has been working in chartered firms for more than 8 years. Prior to this, Nancy had extensive experience in international project management and the tertiary education sector.

Nancy is a qualified CPA and holds a Master of Engineering. Her extensive experience and qualifications give her the broad based resources that make her an effective accountant and business adviser.

Yolandar graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Master of Professional Accounting in 2006.

She joined Northstar in October 2006 and brings to the team a commitment to providing high quality accounting services and a great attention to detail!

Tanya graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor’s degree in professional accounting and is now furthering her study by undertaking a Master of Accounting at the University of New South Wales.

She started her career as an accountant assistant in a trading company and joined Northstar in November ‘07, bringing with her  professional client service skills and a can do attitude.

Diana is currently completing her Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). Diana started her career in the Advertising & Marketing industry & soon became account manager delivering custom solutions to her clients.  Diana enjoys building strong working relationships with clients & product providers.
